FAQ’S

  • Do I need to be onsite?

    For full service organizing clients, if you would like to help during the editing process, please plan to stay during the first couple of hours. We will categorize items as keep, donate or discard. Once we’ve completed these steps, feel free to go do your thing!

  • What do I need to provide?

    Clients will need to provide general cleaning supplies such as trash bags, paper towels, multi-surface cleaner, vacuum, boxes or totes and trash removal.

  • How do I get my organizing/decor products?

    Virtual and VIP clients will be provided with a list of suggested products including links to shop at their convenience. Full service clients will a be provided a list of product recommendations for review. Once approved, I’ll handle the shopping and installation for you.

  • How should I prepare?

    Please make sure your space and items are clean and ready to work with. Doing your laundry before a closet organization or washing any dirty dishes before a kitchen organization will help me spend my time more efficiently and help me account for space and product.

  • How long does installation take?

    Install time is dependent upon each project, but on average, anticipate 1-2 days per room.

    Project timelines also depend on shipping. This is especially important to consider for clients ordering custom furniture.

  • Are you willing to travel?

    Yes! Feel free to contact me to discuss a custom proposal including travel.
